    Shipping Policy

  1. All items are shipped FOB our factory or distribution centers.

  2. Shipping charges are in addition to any prices and small order charges listed on our website or catalogs.

  3. We offer shipping via UPS Ground as our standard method.

  4. Expedited shipping is availble via UPS and FEDEX. PLEASE NOTE: Expedited Shipping Can Become EXTREMELY Expensive - please contact us for an estimate prior to choosing this method.

  5. We can ship via USPS upon request and at our discretion (some items are too bulky and/or fragile to ship via USPS).

    Damaged Merchandise

  1. While we make every effort to have your order arrive safely, we cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by the carrier. The responsibility for damage to your order after it leaves our shipping dock rests entirely with the carrier, whether damage is visible or concealed.

  2. Inspect your shipment immediatley. Insist that visible damages be indicated on all copies of the freight bill or be noted by UPS/FEDEX.

  3. Inspect your shipment within 5 days of delivery and check for concealed damage.

  4. In case of damage, notify the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection be made. Save all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise!

  5. Please DO NOT return damaged merchandise to us.

    Return Merchandise

  1. Custom items may not be returned

  2. All claims for defective merchandise must be made by you to the carrier and reported to MisterPlexi within 5 days of receipt of delivery.

  3. Do not return merchandise without prior authorization, and valid return Authorization number.

  4. Returned merchandise will not be accepted by us from the carrier unless our Return Authorization Number has been issued and is clearly marked on the carton.

  5. If the returned merchandise has not been authorized by MisterPlexi and it is inadvertantly accepted, your rights to a refund may be forfeited.

  6. All requests for return of non-defective, non-damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

    Warranties

  1. MisterPlexi (MP Enterprises) guarantees your order to be free of material defects. We will fix or replace at our cost any items deemed to be defective by our Quality Control Department.

  2. MisterPlexi (MP Enterprises) makes no warranties either expressed or implied.

  3. MisterPlexi (MP Enterprises) makes no warranties expressed or implied as to the fitness of any item for any particular purpose.
    Sample Policy

  1. Samples may be sent Free of charge at the salespersons discretion. We ship Free samples by UPS/FEDEX Ground service. Any upgraded freight must be paid by you.

  2. Higher priced units (generally over $8.00) will not be sent as a Free sample.

    Billing

    Due to the state of economic conditions in the USA and around the globe, MisterPlexi will no longer be extended billing terms to new customers. You may prepay your order or use American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

    Taxes & Duty

  1. We are required by law to charge 7% Allegheny Co. Sales Tax on all orders that ship to an address within Pennsylvania.

  2. If you are Tax Exempt or the merchandise is for resale, you may fax your Tax Exempt/Resale Certificate to us at (724) 759-7401.

  3. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duty, etc. Please contact your import broker or carrier for information regarding this subject.
